Skills that require zero talent

Starting this year I have decided to organize myself better not only at work but personally and I’ve started to adopt Microsoft OneNote to create stash-zones and deal with Proactive Interference a bit better.

As I was watching Ståle Hansen’s great talk on productivity, I learned some values (or skills) that require zero talent and that I’m adopting as a driver for myself now on; according to Stale, those skills have been circulating in social media and it would be good to find the source to update this article.

Unconsciously, I have been practice most of the rules below, but since I want them to stick, I decided to extract them from Stale’s talk so I can reference them quickly as I need them.

Here they are:

  1. Being on time
  2. Work ethics
  3. Effort
  4. Body language
  5. Energy
  6. Attitude
  7. Passion
  8. Being coachable
  9. Doing extra
  10. Be prepare

I will be driving myself towards this rules/skills/values now forward.
